OUR MISSION
Empower All Stars is designed to train studio dancers in the dance team environment - with a focus on performance quality, team dynamics, and competitive execution. Our goal is to complement studio training providing an additional pathway to grow, perform, and prepare for high school, college, and competitive dance team opportunities.
why this matters
Many talented studio dancers aspire to continue dancing beyond high school, including college dance teams, but often lack exposure to dance team technique, performance-driven choreography, and team-based expectations. Empower bridges that gap, allowing dancers to enter these environments with confidence, clarity, and experience.

Time Commitment
Practices will be held at Rogers Dancer Center in Fairfield, NJ
Approximately 1-2 practices per week, with a competition season running through January through early March. Scheduling is designed with studio commitments in mind.
